This pilot model table top toilet soap unit contains Zigma Mixer, Triple Roll Mill, 80mm Mouth Simplex plodder, manual bar cutter, pneumatic soap stamper with die tool and water chiller for cooled water circulation.
DETERGENT SOAP TABLE TOP MODEL
This pilot model table top detergent soap unit contains zigma mixer, 90mm mouth simplex plodder, manual bar cutter.

TOILET SOAP TABLE TOP MODEL
This pilot model table top toilet soap unit contains Zigma Mixer, Triple Roll Mill, 80mm Mouth Simplex plodder, manual bar cutter, pneumatic soap stamper with die tool and water chiller for cooled water circulation.
Features of Toilet Soap Table Top Model
- There are two capacity models available: 7.5kg/hour and 15kg/hour
- It can operate continuously for 8 hours every day
- All contact components are solely made of stainless steel 304 grade
- Available in complete stainless steel and contact parts made only SS-304 material
- Available in single phase and three phase motor models
- Automatic movement upto bar making. Bar cutting and stamping by manual
- Single cavity stamping die made by stainless steel-304 and brass metal
- 10 bar pressure pneumatic stamper run by 100lit air compressor-2hp single phase motor
- Control panel contains Legrand brand MCB, Temperature controller, Heater on/off switch, Motor on/off switch, Water Chiller on/off switch. Electrical parts made by L&T, SIEMANS,HAVELLS
- All motor made by Havells electricals
- Total power required 50hz, 220volts/440volts-Gear Motor-single/3 phase
- Expandable table given in 2 sides for bar cutting and stamping
- Imported bearing made by NBC, SKF, NTN
